1. Waste removal, balcony and garden cleaning, and carpet and upholstery cleaning are not included in the standard after-builder clean service.

2. The prices include necessary equipment and materials.

3. Transportation allowance may apply if the destination is more than 45 minutes from Trafalgar Square by public transport.

Booking Information

1. Please provide your full address and cellphone number, and make a £80 deposit to complete the reservation.

2. Please let us know in advance if there is bulky waste removal requirement

3. Please make sure the property has running water and electricity.

4. We will notify you 30 minutes in advance for your inspection.

5. The remaining payment should be done before the team leaves.

6. You can reschedule for once 72 hours before the appointment.
